Chat refuses to open on certain pages

So I've dealt with this since yesterday, and was told that a bug report is the proper way to go about it so... here we are.

The Chat button just doesn't work on certain pages for whatever reason. I've tried cleaning my Cache, I've used other pages on the site and it seems to work, but the page I want to use it on (the page with one of my saved sequences on it) doesn't seem to work. Other People seem to have this issue as well, so it's not just me.

If you could fix this, I'd appreciate it

The chat actually does load in sequence pages or while editing sequences (before), if you can, send a link of the page where you are having trouble, so i can manually check some errors while opening the chat.

Sometimes the chat doesn't open in the sidebar, in MyBB forum iframes like the forum, but the windowed chat does actually show in every page.
Here is some proof:
(Actually, some pages do not call JavaScript functions because they only call this:
javascript:;
Which returns a undefined value, but nothing happens.)

So i recommend reporting this in some Online Sequencer pages that are worth for bug reporting.
Actually you can open chat in a new sequence, recovered sequence, forum (windowed only), when importing a MIDI file, and some more pages.

Conclusion:
I honestly recommend reporting this bug and until they fix it, open windowed chat, not sidebar chat.
