How to add a thumbnail on sequence?

I saw a lot of sequences with thumbnails (not telling the exact ones to not to advertise, but I think you know one of them). So, I have a question - how to add it?

hi!
i am not a pro at this. i've done this once and it was pretty tedious. i am sure there is a more efficient method, but this is what i did.

use https://tiusic.com/thumb.html
click "advanced options" and choose how many colors you want the image divided into in the "custom palette colors" box - parallel to how much time you want to spend working on this. the more colors, the better it'll look, but it'll take longer.

make it in a separate sequence and then copy that into the sequence you want the thumbnail to pair with.
when you port it over, all of them will probably be green. this is expected. this is where the real work comes in.

i then used the hex code of the instrument clone (the same color will have the same clone) and replaced the clones's shade of green with the color i want it to be for the album art. go one by one like this and eventually it'll look the way you want it to.

I find a big image less charming than just seeing the notes in the sequence, but that's probably just me.
