Exactly what it says in the title. Add the ability to somehow detune instruments (or maybe just synth) by a certain amount of cents and/or have it play at a user defined hertz value. (if this does get implemented please make it so we can do a precise-ish hertz amount, maybe down to the tenth or hundredth decimal place)
