Delayed sounds

So I know this is usually fixable by doing something like lowering reverbs (at least that worked some of the time, or reloading the page.) but recently when I play one of my songs with quite a high number of reverbed instruments and high note counts, it plays, then it starts to play again on top of that without my input, which doesn't even stop when I stop the song, only when it reaches the part of where I stopped it, any ideas to how to temporarily fix this for myself? Cause I think I might be the one to blame for making these long ahh songs.
Also It's a bit choppy even without reverb, anyone know why, and I'm not sure if it's cause of my headphones or something, cause the last headphones I used didn't have this problem...
