Plok! - Boss - Tim Follin
Software Creations 1993
Composed by Tim and Geoff Follin
This is based on a midi: https://files.khinsider.com/midifiles/sn...k/boss.mid
NEW VERSION:
Like my akrillic upload, I have a lot of things to say:
1. Despite the note count being higher than anything else I've done, I'm not too impressed by it this time. To get the dramatic sound of the original, I had to double up and octave many instruments, not to mention the organ doesn't have sustain (I had to repeat multiple notes in a row)
2. I made this because it was really dramatic and I wanted to see how well I could emulate the sound effects
3. I decided to go all out with the edit markers this time, creating a side-chaining effect with the bass
4. I decided not to put a thumbnail on this because there is a laugh at the beginning that would cover it up
5. (EDIT) I just figured out the sine didn't sound right because I hadn't turned on LFO for the synthesizer :/. It's updated now, though

Thanks!
This is pretty incredible. The midi notes alone for the simulated laugh is a work of art on its own. Excellent job. This is a fun one to toy around with.
