Hydrocity Zone Act 1. One of the best tracks on the Mega Drive/Genesis. From Sonic 3. This one has been a WIP for a long time, so I just wanted to get it out of the way.
Edit: I decided to add Act 2 to this and make it a nice long track
big thanks to Dylanelmusicorandomxd (sequence below) and their mix for helping me figure out the placements on this. I need to learn that 1/12 grids are a thing and not rely on 4s and 8s.
